Mark Allen, CEO
Understanding the limitations of traditional Call Center solutions, Mark set out to create a user-friendly, yet comprehensive, communication platform designed to meet the agent collaboration needs of today’s Contact Centers, while addressing the multi-platform requirements of technology savvy customers. This easy-to-use unified approach has redefined customer service, support, and success for companies around the Globe.
Prior to Blue Panda Communications, Mark, a technology pioneer with more than 20 years’ experience, was President and CEO of Prometheus Networks, which was acquired by Hosted Lync specialist and Microsoft Gold Hosting Partner OBT Anywhere in 2012. During his ten years with Prometheus Networks, he was instrumental in creating the world’s first VOIP hosted telephony solution and deployed one of Microsoft’s first Virtual Server and Hyper-V deployments in the world. Once acquired, Mark continued on with Globally at OBT Anywhere, providing technical consultation to the company’s prospects and clients, including developing customer proof of concept solutions for the company’s white-label Hosted Lync service.
Steve Schwartz, Vice President of Strategic Alliances
Steve Schwartz is a longtime expert in Unified Communications as a Service, Cloud Computing, Microsoft Office 365 and Azure. Earlier in his consulting career as the founder of implement.com Steve helped Microsoft develop the very first guidance on how to deploy multi-tenant Hosted Microsoft Exchange for partners which later became the foundation for Office 365 Exchange Online.
Steve also founded Chinook Communications which became one of the very first Microsoft partners to deliver Microsoft Lync as a service heralding the cloud communications we have today in services such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Phone System.
Matt Freestone, Vice President of Research & Development
In his 23 years of professional experience, Matt has worked in every aspect of technology. Starting with IT Hardware and software support at age 16, Matt has progressed to founding multiple startups and CTO experience. With a passion for research and development, Matt has helped pioneer new methodologies and technology.
As a key member in exclusive beta and early flight programs, and as a listed TechNet article contributor, Matt’s passion is proven as he welcomes the ability to create and problem solve in the technology realm. At Blue Panda, Matt channels his leadership style to focus on efficiency and goal achievement. Optimizing team members’ strengths while cultivating an environment of mentorship and cooperation, Matt is at the heart of emboldening the organization through risk taking and results attainment.
Chris Wall, Executive Vice President, General Manager Professional Services
Chris Wall has an extensive history in the telecommunications and contact-center industry. He has spent the past 22 years researching, developing implementing and deploying contact center technology processes and best practices.
Chris was one of the earliest contributors to development of the open source VoIP PBX Asterisk and the surrounding technology movement and has made it a practice to look for the most effective ways of managing business communications. Having researched hundreds of contact-center solutions. In addition, Chris is PMP and PMCIII Certified.

Rob Enslow, Vice President, Global Enterprise Sales
Rob Enslow has over 14 years of sales and business management experience with an extensive background in call center technologies, connectivity and telecommunications expertise. He has demonstrated success in consultative customer-centric and detail-oriented account management.
Additionally, he has a proven track record of quota attainment in Cloud / SAAS based software sales and services and is intimately familiar with the two-tiered distribution and VAR partner development model. With a strong background in lead generation, Rob is dynamic in his ability to lead and coach sales reps at every level. The father of 7 children, Rob and his wife have been married for 10 years and live in the Silicon Slopes Valley.
